Chien-Yeh (Gary) ChenChief Executive Officer
Gary Chen has been Executive Vice President of Morichal Sinoco S.A. since February 2011, and of Igual. Previously, Mr. Chen served as Vice President, Business Development of Noveko International. Before joining Noveko, he was President and founder of Unitam International Management Corporation Inc. From Unitam’s inception in 1998 on, Mr. Chen worked with clients in the construction, energy, life sciences and technology sectors to establish sales and distribution activities, joint-venture partnerships and OEM manufacturing operations throughout Asia.
Wayne RouschPresident
Mr. Wayne Rousch brings over 40 years of experience in developing energy infrastructure and resource projects in both North America and several other countries. He has held strategic leadership roles for large corporations such as Emera Inc., TransCanada and NOVA Corporation as well as numerous start-up companies over his career. Mr. Rousch has a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Calgary and is a registered Professional Engineer with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta.
Scott ReevesCorporate Secretary
Mr. Scott Reeves is a partner at the law firm of TingleMerrett LLP. He has acted as corporate and securities counsel to numerous Canadian and International public and private corporations, including oil and gas, technology, mining and industrial issuers, and has wide experience in private and public debt and equity offerings, corporate acquisitions of assets and/or shares, corporate structuring and debt financing. He is currently a director and/or officer of the several Canadian public and private companies. Mr. Reeves has been with TingleMerrett LLP since 2003 prior to which he was with the Calgary office of a major national law firm. Mr. Reeves has a Bachelor of Commerce degree (hons.-1990) and a Bachelor of Laws degree (hons.- 1995) from the University of Alberta and is a current executive member of the Advisory Board of the TSX Venture Exchange.

Mr. Li brings to the board a strong background in strategic business management, holding a Bachelor of Information Technology from the University of Queensland, Brisbane, and an M.B.A. from the Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology. Mr. Li is the general manager of a successful metal forming company in Taiwan, holding several patents and overseeing significant growth during his tenure.
Travis RhodesIndependent Director
Mr. Rhodes brings to the board significant oil and gas experience from British Columbia, Alberta, and Saskatchewan, as he has served on the board of directors of two private mid-sized oil and gas producers over the last twelve years. Professionally, Mr. Rhodes leads a forward-thinking audiology organization serving southern Alberta and the interior region of British Colombia.
